Paul Bunyan Restaurant Complaint - Paul Bunyan Restaurant Wisconsin Dells - Lack Of Customer Service
WISCONSIN DELLS, WISCONSIN -- Date of incident - May 26th, 2008

Negligent waitress held a hot pot of coffee and a tray of Orange Juice over my toddlers head. Her lack of experience and lack of following proper procedure resulted with her spilling two cups of juice over toddlers head and my back, right shoulder and buttock (right side). Restaurant made no attempt to apologize or compensate. When the manager was asked if the restaurant could at least provide a shirt for the toddler to wear since he was drenched in O.J. and the A/C was on she simply stated, "No" accidents happen and they were not required to compensate consumers for their waitress's accidents.
We were unable to finish our breakfast since we had a toddler bathe in O.J. I explained we were not asking for a meal refund we simply needed a shirt or something so our toddler and our party could continue our meal. I was the other person soaked in juice and I was not asking for anything for myself. This situation is extremely upsetting because they advertise themselves as a, "family establishment", yet they fail to provide proper safety guidelines to their employees on properly handling food orders.
Management was also inconsiderate to the party especially because this establishment also has a gift shop where they sell their own shirts, toys, logo embellishments, etc... We left without finishing our meal feeling belittled by management.
First of all, I would like an apology. Since we were unable to finish our meal I would also like a refund for my party of 10.
Adding clarification: I never asked for my meal to be compensated at the time this occured!
The complaint I am now filing I am asking to be compensated. I understand its a long shot. I'm not interested in the "monetary" compensation. I interested in receiving a sincere apology for the actions of this establishments staff. I also other consumers to know about this situation. My son was lucky by getting only OJ spilled on him. I'd hate to find out another child got hot coffee spilled on top of him/her because of continued negligence from this restaurant.
