Classic Windows And Doors By Design Complaint - Customer Service
BALTIMORE, MARYLAND -- I recently had a new window and frame replaced in my kitchen along with a sub-floor and new door. I was promised by the co. sales staff a free storm door. The sales manager was nice enough to say he would honor the free door, but later said his sales men denied such agreement. I have not received the door. The primary problem is that the window leaks. I called [snip], the sales manager, to let him know. That was a month and 1/2 ago.
[snip] was and is very unreliable, rude and disrespectful. I just want him and the company to fix the problem. And not speak to me as if I am his child or something. I am paying for a service and deserve to be treated with respect, check out service magic. This not his first mistreatment of a customer.
