SteamFast Steam Mop - Complaint
PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA -- Warning: I think this merchant is the same as iKitchen! I purchased a steam mop through them a month ago and have not heard ANYTHING regarding the order. I e-mailed them several times BECAUSE there is NO PHONE NUMBER! I got one nonspecific e-mail from their "support team" and it was from IKITCHEN!! I just e-mailed them to cancel the order and the e-mail was returned undeliverable.
I contacted my credit card company and they are handling the matter. I have never had such trouble with an online company. This merchant is a fraud!! DO NOT USE!!
