usa express moving Complaint - Never use USA Express to Move - Moving
Complaint
PENNSYLVANIA -- My personal experience with USA Express may be summed up as follows:
1. Quote for move was $2600, day of move (when I was stuck) $4000...victimized from the get go.
2. Shipment arrives, minus several pieces, including heirloom furniture.
3. Took 9 months to get a few hundred dollar settlement for lost and damaged items.
4. They Never return calls and clearly attempt to wear you down with inaction.
This was the single WORST experience of my life, cheated, robbed, victimized, ignored, all in one...and I even tipped them for this?!?!

I am currently dealing with USA "Express" Moving. I regret that I did not do more investigation in regard to this company. I too had to choose them quickly because I was scammed by another moving agency. I was on the road and desperate for someone to take care of my belongings and move them to my new home. It is nearly 4 weeks since my belongings have been picked up and they still have not been delivered to me. I have heard all sorts of stories about broken trucks and other deliveries that need to be made. Apparently, the customer is not important to this company.
As I called this company every day practically following my pick-up, they became more elusive and reluctant to answer my questions. No one could tell me where or what state my belongings were in. I still do not know where they are. My moving agent will not call me back. I speak with someone different each time. Despite my expressions of frustration and disdain as a customer, the company tries to placate you and get you off the phone. They tell me that they do not do refunds.
I have yet to receive my belongings. I would warn anyone who is moving in the near or distant future NEVER EVER use this moving company. Don't make the same mistake I did. Research your moving company. Ask and call around. Don't settle for nice stories. Check out the information online about these scam moving companies!!!
