Sears Complaint - Worst Repair Service Ever!!!
My problem with sears started in January when I put in my first service call and is still pending. I called in to have someone take a look at my TV since the picture was showing dark. That was the worst mistake I ever made. Tech they sent was incompetent. The TV was showing before he got his hands on it. After he got his hands on it, it totally stopped working. The TV is not totally dead. A second tech came to look at it. He said, "the first tech broke the TV". That he didn't know what he was doing. The first tech took screws and plugs out of the TV and left it like that. Parts could be heard moving in the TV. The second tech had to try and find screws that would fit to try and hold the parts down. I'm not a tech, but if there are pieces missing inside the TV it's my understanding that it can and will short circuit. How irresponsible he was to do this.
The first tech then offered to sell us another TV on the side. I have lost count of how many times I have called Sears. I've been on hold for hours. I've been transferred and then transferred and then transferred again and in the end no one can help. I've been lied to and have caught the reps in the lies. I've been hung up on. I'm so disgusted by sears. Sears own tech said with his mouth that they messed up. That the first service guy was the one that cause the TV to totally shut down. Yet they refuse to do the right thing.
NEVER SHOP OR SERVICE anything at sears. I've never been treated so badly before. No wonder their sales is declining. I can't wait until they are out of business.
