Delta Airlines Complaint - Lost/Stolen/Forgotten Luggage
I am a professional musician who flew with Delta Airlines only to have them lose my guitar. There customer service is extremely poor as any number they give you to contact is either an answering machine or automated service. There is NO live person. If you do get a live person, they have no idea how to help. My claim was in within 24 hours, I have waited the 10 weeks and no one from the airline has contacted me. I use my guitar for my profession and it is extremely valuable and not replaceable. I am very frustrated and there is no one I can complain to. No one calls you back. In fact, I received the exact same e-mail twice 10 weeks apart.
Clearly no one ever read the e-mail. It was automated as well. As a professional musician, I fly VERY frequently. I will never fly Delta Airlines again.
