Air Canada Informative - Ripped Off - Aeroplan
Just found out I have lost 90000 or so air miles due to account inactivity. What a joke I spoke to three different reps and all they could do for me was tell me to purchase my points back at 1 cent per point plus this fee plus that fee. I told them they got to be *$^& kidding if they think that I would buy back my points.
Totally unsatisfied with the whole thing. I know all about the "you should have read the fine print" crap.. I say NO screw you Air Canada you should put your customers first what does it actually cost you to reimburse lost points you bunch of morons.
I would rather walk, drive, or swim before I every fly Air Canada again.
