Silkies Enriche Complaint - Did Not Order Product, But Continue To Be Billed - Skin Care Product

Skin Care Product - Complaint
Review by papermate on 2008-05-30
PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA -- I ordered a free sample of their product, which I did not use.

I next, received a larger amount of the product, which I DID NOT order. I called the company and told them that I did NOT order and would not use, but would be happy to return, but not pay the postage at my expense.

I was told that a postage label would be sent to me within two weeks, so that I could return the product.

It has been a month and I have no label, But I do have a bill for over $25.00. I have, today, attempted to contact by phone, with NO success.

By ordering a free sample, one will be sent other products with no way to stop the billing.

When you gave them your card number for the free sample you also agreed to sign up for additional shipments. Go back to their web page and read the terms.

These scams are quite common. If you had bothered to read the terms and conditions you would have found that "doing nothing" would result in periodic shipments.

I just checked their web site and the "FREE" offer has apparently been pulled as it was "page not found".

Nothing is FREE.

when will consumers take responsibility for their own actions? i am sure the requirements were clearly laid out. such as time to cancel and when. if you did not cancel in a timely fashion, then they took it you liked their products.

i dought what was said here made them close.
