South Coast Auto Mall Informative - Auto Repair Customer Service

COSTA MESA, CA 92626, CALIFORNIA -- I had my 2002 Caddie in to replace a broken Mirror on the driver side of my car. It took them 4 time to get it right. And said they would refund the labor for all the trouble. Well that did not happen. They said I should have got in writing. And that are not refunding the labor cost to me. So watch out when doing business with South Coast Auto Mall Service Dept. They say one thing and do another.

Thanks for the warning, woody. I doubt they would have put it in writing for you though. But, they might have.

Nothing more frustrating than someone overriding a concession in a business transaction. I at least always try and remember to get a name of someone who makes me an offer like that. That way I always have a real person there I can point to.
