Epson Compliment - Epson has live people with speedy solutions
CALIFORNIA -- Hey folks, after complaining about Dell...I had to drop a POSITIVE review about Epson. We have their 900 printers which are work horses. We had a little print quality problem a few years back and Epson immediately sent new printer or refurbished ones until all was well. It was usually next day and I always got a live voice!
Unlike Hewlett Packard...you do not have to supply a credit card number for a live voice. The Epson 1650 scanner is 2 years old and still going great. The $500 HP Scanner blew up with XP software intro and HP was nowhere to be found with help. Signed...Truly Irked, but happy with Epson!
