Bharathi Airtel - Mobile Complaint - Poor Service By Airtel Mobile

I am currently using Airtel mobile. I have subscribed for joke subscription using Airtel live option. So the cost for the same is Rs.7 per week. But I am not getting any joke alerts what so ever after subscription. But Rs.7 is being deducted every week. I have repeatedly called up the customer care and told them about the fact that I don't want the subscription. The following are the complaint numbers - 0430136093, 050815391400, 205111197200, 0515122939. There are even two more occasions wherein I have called customer care but they said they would register the complaint and send me the complaint no. by SMS, which I have not received. The fact of the matter is last time when I called the customer care, I spoke to their Team leader, Mr.Gopal and after which I am not able to speak to customer care. When I call the customer care from then, I am asked to message my query to 121 and one of their customers will call me back, but as yet I have not received any calls from Customer care after having messaging them three times. I am totally annoyed with the services and fake promises that they make.

I want them to deactivate the service, refund the amount charged so far and also provide me with action taken on all those above complaints by customer care.
