tiny computers Complaint - Terrible support staff

Tiny does not provide adequate customer support. They do not provide user manuals regarding any of the pre-loaded software and their support staff have no idea how to operate any of it. Further, the waits begin at half an hour and can last as long as 2.

I have called more than 10 times regarding a very simple hardware/software issue (the CD burner will not write to CD-Rs) and I have never received the same answer - not to mention a correct answer - yet. However, I have wasted almost 8 hours trying.

Harper, no one supplies manuals for software. You have to use the online help.
