Weinstein Properties - Queens Terrace Apts Complaint - Please Take Heed

Review by nice2 on 2008-06-03
HAMPTON, VIRGINIA -- I lived at Weinstein properties queens terrace apartments for a few years it's not a nice place at all I wouldn't recommend anyone to move in there. The office staff is very rude and inconsiderate the maintenance team is just as bad, they take forever to complete a service request the neighborhood is horrible people hang out late at nights especially when it's hot outside and they have parties until 4 in the morning playing loud music, they break into apartments. they charge you a water bill whether you use water or not and if your neighbor moves out you will be paying their water bill to.

After you move out if they do an inspection without you being there they will charge you for damages they made themselves and most importantly they don't fix anything that's broken.

Please be aware...

Did you report all of this to the proper city agencies before you were evicted?

I'm curious as to how anybody could live anywhere for "a few years" and not use any water. Ewwww!!!

Renters can protect themselves from specious charges that they damaged or abused the property by photographing each room carefully with a time/date stamp. Put the day's paper in the scene to verify the time frame. Its hard for an unscrupulous landlord to successfully allege damage when you have photos proving you didn't damage the property. Thanks for a great review!
