BROOKLYN, NEW YORK -- My order for a Perfex pepper mill (about $70.00 incl. S & H) was found defective.
Received acknowledgment of my complain via e-mail. After that, silence. A reminder sent after 10 days remains unacknowledged.
My mistake was not researching the company before I placed the order. If I had the various comments about iKitchen.com I;d not have ordered from them.
Got duped by their price -- about $15.00 lower than price advertised by other companies.
