Cheap Hotels Complaint - Company Owes Refunds For Incorrect Bookings And Does Not Bother To Respond To Queries

Booked hotel in Bahrain via their website and money was debited via credit card. Then received mail from them that hotel was fully booked after making payment. Contacted them and they said their policy is to only refund after 7 days. Booked another hotel and my card was again debited. After arrival at hotel, the hotel knew nothing of the booking or the company and I had to pay the hotel directly again. I paid three times.

Contacted them to ask for a refund, but they don't bother to return calls or keep me informed as to the progress of the refunds due. The prices on their website is also half the price the hotel actually charges me.
