Kuhlman Lawn Service Complaint - For Lawn Care; Avoid This Company

POOLESVILLE, MARYLAND -- Write a contract; identify exactly what you want (I gave them a verbal contract; told them what I wanted and didn't want but that is what I got). Identify exactly by what time it is to be done. (Chances are if you are a single family home; it won't get done they have other issues)

Get a lawyer (what was asked for won't get done; what you specifically asked not to be done will; much later than ever thought). And finally don't expect any customer service; only a bill for the retail amount for something you didn't want in the first place. Mistakes can be made; that is understandable; ignoring them isn't and expecting the customer to makeup for it is unacceptable.

Yea, the asked for a payment for a service:
1) I specifically didn't want in the first place
2) One part of the company personally identified that it was their fault; they didn't schedule the whole job properly
3) the other "entity" in the company decided to bill us any how.
