TORONTO -- I just came from a return trip from Romania WITH ALITALIA. I want to congratulate them on their services which were of an extraordinary Quality: very courteous personnel at check in's: Toronto, Rome and Bucharest ;new and very comfortable aicrafts; very nice and attentive flight attendants; very good food; good delivery of the baggages.
I've had an extraordinary experience by flying with ALITALIA on such a long trip both ways, so I will give them a 10+ for their services, and I will strongly recommend them as the choice for flying to Europe to all my friends, and of course it will be my choice from now on to fly with ALITALIA.
Keep it up the same way ALITALIA!!
