Sirius Informative - Sirius Satellite Service - Awful Service

WALNUT, CALIFORNIA -- I've been with Sirius Satellite since Howard Stern came on board 2 1/2 years ago. I've been satisfied with it until recently. My Starmate power connection went loose and I had to purchase a replacement. I wanted to purchased a new Stiletto through the phone. Two times I was on hold for more than 10 minutes and did not accomplish anything. The third time I was able to purchase the unit but it took EXACTLY 50 minutes to finalize the sale. Mind you that I am a regular subscriber. 50 minutes to close a sale?!!! That's ridiculous! To top it off, I am now tracking on when my new receiver will arrive. Sirius sent me an email with my invoice receipt and tracking number. The tracking number was incorrect! I called Sirius and they could not track it down. The customer service gave me an 800 number to call Sirius for another department to track it. The 800 number was incorrect!!! I called back again and the customer service could not track it and told me that it should arrive this Saturday.

I am waiting to see. I am really getting fed up with their customer service! I'll update further...
