The Sharper Image Informative - Ionic Breeze S1871 Ripoff - Ionic Breeze

I bought an Ionic Breeze online in May of last year(2007)for over $400. One year later, that expensive piece of plastic stopped working. I called the company customer service and they told me that it was broke and that my warranty was voided and there was nothing they could do anyway because another company bought the business. I will never buy another Ionic breeze or anything else from that company again. I will bad mouth them to everyone I know. It's ridiculous to pay that kind of money for something that breaks a year later and to get no replacement from the company that sold it to you.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I can't even state how I really feel right now. THE PRODUCT IS CRAP AND THE COMPANY EVEN MORE SO!!! And I will make sure I let everyone I can know about the companies ethics.

these things are crap anyways. they will not and cannot replace an ozone generator. they cause black sooty mold, and will increase the allergies one suffers.

by happy it died, now for true air purification, purchase an ozone generator.

No need to worry about customer service from The Sharper Image. They went bankrupt and are now liquidating merchandise.

Unfortunatly bad mouthing Sharper Image will do you no good, because they don't exist anymore anyways.
