HDFC Bank Complaint - Car OD Account - OD Account

NEW DELHI -- This is regarding my car OD account. I had my car financed by HDFC bank. After paying 30 EMI on time bank personnel started calling me that bank is providing OD Acct facility to the customer who has a good payment record and this is on behalf of the payment done by you to the bank. Executive made me understand that if I will withdraw any amount then only I will have to pay the interest and you pay your EMI in this acct monthly.
Now What the bank has done they closed my car loan acct and they showed the amount withdrawn from my OD acct.I was paying 10% interest on my car loan, now I am paying 18.50% interest without making any transaction from the acct. I have never used the cheque Book and ATM Card of that Acct.
When talked to the customer care and bank people they said that you have signed the agreement of that sort with the bank.Then I asked them to close my acct and I will pay all outstanding amount at one time then they asked me 4% pre-closing charges. Then I made the part payment and balance was very small amount then they charged me for the welcome kit after six month.
So I just want to make aware to those people who are interested in this type of acct and who are receiving this type of call from bank, please must go through the details of paper and don't trust the bank person only. Because when I asked them to make me speak with the person who has opened my acct. The answer was "he has left the job".
