USA Express Moving Complaint - Disappointed - Movers
Movers - Complaint
I recently used USA Express Moving For a long distance move.
Warning -- The movers have a mediocre rating the BBB for a reason. For me, they were on time with pickup and drop off. However, I was extremely particular about everything being included in the price they quoted me (moving, long carries, elevators, shuttles, etc) and had said that I wanted the estimate to include everything including packing. The person who does the estimate has never probably moved anything and totally gave me a wrong estimate so my move ended up costing several hundred dollars extra. DON"T EVER USE THEIR PACKING MATERIALS because they will charge you 4-5 times the price of supplies from an online company or UHAUL. The company was also not willing to do anything or admit that their estimate and verbal/written agreements should have been final and charged me extra money which is VERY DISAPPOINTING> The person on the phone was not helpful and refused to admit the mistake. They also did not follow up my phone calls. The nonmanagerial people who were hardworking and actually did the move even agreed that the estimate person had made a mistake. Furthermore, the person who got me to sign up and did the onsite estimate basically stopped helping me once I gave them my initial deposit and signed contract. DISAPPOINTED WITH SERVICE LEVEL.
In short, I would say not to recommend this company unless you are willing to pay several hundred dollars over your "binding estimate" and be extremely firm about the fact that your contract includes everything for the move + packing.
