Domestications Complaint - Poor Customer Service

I am very disappointed by the customer service at Domestications. I simply wanted to purchase a bedspread for the quoted price in the catalog. When I emailed customer service about the price difference when I tried to order off the internet, I was told it was a typographical error and “Sorry”.

If I was buying this item in any store and the sign posted stated $29.99 any size, they would honor it. I guess Domestication is not a very honorable company. Integrity is getting harder and harder to find these days. My entire order was over $100, I guess I will spend that $100 somewhere else.

Mistakes get made. What if you put an ad in the paper to sell your home for 150K yet due to a typographical error the ad read $150.00...Would you honestly sell your home for 150 bucks? And if you didn't would that make you dishonorable and lacking integrity? Of course not.
