DirecTV Inc Complaint - Unauthorized Charges
I canceled my service due to bad customer service then suddenly I get a charge on my bank card for 179.00 that I did not authorize them to take when I called to find out what the heck is going on they say its in my service agreement that I signed about 3 years ago I asked for a copy they couldn't come up with this. Direct TV wouldn't reverse these charges but my bank will. They also said I was advised when I last called in I said that I wasn't and I think I would remember 179.00 was going to be deducted, of course the rep insisted that the last rep who canceled my account did I said no she didn't, the funny thing is I haven't even got my final bill in the mail or the boxes to return the equipment either.
I'm glad I'm with Comcast I would never recommend DirectTV to anyone lousy service all around in the company!!!!!
