Kentucky Fried Chicken Compliment - Not Bad Chicken! - Smoky Chipotle Spicy Chicken
DENVER, COLORADO -- With everyone up in arms from the "tomato scare" I thought that I would share this before I become deathly ill from the tomato slices that I had last night.
I am a sucker for a commercial so when KFC started hyping this new kind of chicken it was "anchors away" and there I was in line ordering some up. Btw, if you ever go to a KFC that needs your name to go with the order always say "Stewart." Something about that name brings you good and prompt service.
Anyway, the chicken was crispy and the Chipotle flavor was there but not overwhelming. The meat was tender, moist and like the commercial says, "full of flavor."
It's too bad that the quality of foods from chain restaurants can suffer from store to store but if it's done correctly and you like spicy chicken you won't be disappointed. Well, you may if you have a thing for ordering Keel and Spicy Potato Wedges while under a hail of gunfire but I digress and that is their "biz" if you know what I mean.
On a scale of 1 to 5, I give it a 4. This time at least. Give it a try soon before they start tinkering with the recipe or something and tell them ol' Stewart sent you!
