Pin Numbers To Call Overseas - Complaint
I was happy with their service till I got a pin number that didn't work. I called the support for the pin number and no answer, just a machine. I called the company they said keep trying- so I did. No answer so I called and e-mailed SpeedyPin over and over again the next few months. Nothing. Finally I asked to talk to the supervisor and I was put on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up on me. They operator told me there was no way I would get reimbursed or even credited my $12 and she was really vague about getting a hold of a supervisor. So- it's ok- just know that if your pin doesn't work- you are on your own.
Considering the business I bring to their company you would think honoring a $12 would be small potatoes. Oh well.

This company is AWFUL! Oh my heavens, do not waste your time and money.. I ordered a 250 minute tracfone card.. didn't receive the pin, so I called customer service. Took about 5 times to get through but finally get through to someone, and told them I didn't receive it. The lady was kind and re-emailed it to me, and lo and behold, there it was in my inbox. Not bad, I thought. Try putting the pin in the phone and get the following message:
Error: Pin # already used.
Excuse me?!?!?! I was furious. Called back AGAIN. this time, I tried about 5 times and couldn't get anyone. Had to leave a message and prayed they would call me back immediately. Finally after not hearing anything, I called a 6th time and got someone on the line. Told her my issue. She placed me on hold for about 5 minutes or so, and then ended up calling me back.. something about not being able to switch back to my call? Okay. So they say they spoke with the carrier, and it turns out they sell the card with NO UNITS on it. Okay, so then what the hell did I pay $50 for?? I was so upset and ready to put my fist through the wall at this point. Also, why would they advertise on their site that the card would have 250 minutes on it? False advertising, if you ask me. After speaking with the lady and trying not to lose my patience I asked well, what happens next? She told me, Well I can refund your money but I wouldn't order another of those pins. Gee, no kidding. I wouldn't spend another penny on your site! I told her, well great, just refund the money then, so I can go buy a phone card at Walmart. And the funny thing? I have no refund as of yet. They were mighty quick to charge me, but slow as hell returning my money. IF they ever return it. Ridiculous, and such a waste of time and money. Please, do not use this site, it is definitely not worth the aggravation!
