Cavedines Appliance Syracuse Complaint - Incredibly Bad Customer Service And Sales

SYRACUSE, NEW YORK -- I bought a $1400 Whirlpool built in oven and microwave form Cavedines in Syracuse 4 yrs. ago They told me it was a much more reliable brand than GE. It didn't work the day it was installed, it broke a few months later. 3 weeks ago, the microwave broke, I am still waiting for it to be fixed. Their continuing line seems to be "I am just the representative". The customer service is non existent. The woman who answers the phone does not have any manners, neither does the repair person. They are interested only in getting your money and they don't care about the product or the service the provide. I had to continually call to find out information about parts that never arrived.

NEVER BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL BE DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED. DO NOT USE THEM FOR REPAIRS AS YOU WILL WAIT FOREVER.

This is a follow up to my review posted 6/5/08. Today begins week 4 of broken microwave. I am still waiting a phone call from Kitty, a supposed customer service manager from Whirlpool. She actually took my cell phone and home phone number along with a promise to call me back. That was a week ago. Of course I have not heard from her, or from anyone connected to Whirlpool or Cavedines. Tomorrow I will pay yet another person to come to my house, tell me what I already know and wait for the parts to come in to fix this. I also will begin saving money to purchase a new oven and get this pile of junk out of my house.

REALLY DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER DEAL WITH WHIRLPOOL!!!!
