T-Mobile Complaint - Their CSR's must be idiots
TIVERTON, RHODE ISLAND -- Three days ago, a rep from T-mobile called me to say that there was an unusual amount of long distance charges in the amount of $425 in the last 2 weeks. After reviewing the number (not numbers) associated with these charges, I have discovered that it belongs to no one that I know. The calls being made are at 3 or 4 in the morning to a Chinese speaking man in Canada.
When I disputed these charges with T-Mobile, they continued to tell me that they are valid charges because their network is showing that they are being made from my phone and SIM card. I asked to verify the SIM card and IMEI to make sure that they are correct, I was told they could not do that even though they are "mine".
To make a long story short, I took my complaints all the way up to the President's Office and got the same answers, like they were reading from a script. I have filed a complaint with the FCC and the BBB and plan to change carriers as soon as my contract expires.
