North Freeway Hyundai Informative - Service Department - Automobile Dealer

HOUSTON, TEXAS -- Bought a brand new Hyundai Sonata Limited just 4 weeks ago and the optional navigation system stopped working. Service personnel are very unprofessional and lack product knowledge. Reset my trip odometer to see if that fixed the problem. How dumb can a technician be! It's been a week now and still the parts or a new unit haven't been ordered. Was told it could be tomorrow or a few weeks. No concern at all.

Phone calls and e-mails to the dealer have netted no response.
