Wilderness Resort Complaint - Customer Service
WISCONSIN DELLS, WISCONSIN -- Recently our family stayed at this resort and they over charged our account for the cost of our stay when I called to get the matter fixed I was treated with disrespect and rudeness, after 3 days of trying to speak with someone higher then a front desk manager I was told that the company was family owned and no one was available after a week has gone by my account has finally been credited without any other compensation and no call backs like I was told someone would get back to me but never has.
The people who represent this company were rude to me and will not let you speak to someone else higher up so how could a company of this size not have a CEO or Genereal Manager or someone who cares about it customers. My husband and I were thinking of purchasing property at this resort after a tour but if we were treated as terrible as we were for an over charge to us what kind of CUSTOMER SERVICE would we get as owners of the time share program? BUYERS BEWARE they were giving all kinds of free things to tour their sales but watch out if you have a problem seems there is no one you can speak to about it other than a manager who will be rude and SLOW about handleing it.
I am a manager for a large company and if someone has to go over my head to my company about customer complaints my job would be on the line and I would feel the just of it, I have called this company 6 times and e mailed the contact person 4 times and still I have not yet to get a response back. I think that consumers should no that this very large well known resort has no one to speak to for customer complaints and they promise to have some one get back to you and they NEVER DO.
If I had a family buisness of any size CUSTOMER SERVICE would be a top priority.
