ShoeMall Complaint - Incorrect Delivery Items + Bad Service = ShoeMall
I ordered a pair of size 7 shoes from ShoeMall but I received a size 6 in a shoe box labeled "Size 7" so I didn't notice the mistake until it was too late; I discovered the error minutes before I needed to wear the shoes. As a result, I had nothing to wear to the event I needed them for. I contacted a sales representative who was of no help and didn't even acknowledge how frustrating this might be for a customer. I also e-mailed a manager with a detailed account of what occurred, and I never even received an acknowledgment. Of course they let me return the shoes and they refunded me... but what about my aggravation? Since when do customers have to double check the contents of a shipment?
That is for ShoeMall's Quality Control staff to do, not me. First and last time I or anyone in my family or circle of close friends will be shopping there.
