Best Buy Complaint - Purchase Of Item/Calling For As I tance
EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA -- I purchased an open item product & was assured that the product as well as the accessories would be available for me to purchase & the only thing missing was the package box it came in. 3 hrs after coming home I realized I was missing the AC adapter and tried calling the store... after 20 min of trying to speak with a live person I was finally transfered 3 times to a manager on duty & he took my number & said he would return my call if he did or didn't have the product in question. 20 min after that I called the store again as I drove back to the store & it turns out this manager was in a meeting!!!
Mind you it was currently 3 o'clock in the afternoon on a SATURDAY! When I arrived at the store I returned said purchased along with other accessories I had purchased to go along with the product as well as a father's day gift. I went to the service desk returned EVERYTHING, & to add insult the guy at the service desk didn't have a name badge didn't even greet me I greeted HIM, he had a question & as another employee walked by he stopped her as she was popping "nuts" in her mouth & continued chewing & eating as she assisted him with my return (she too did not have a name badge).
I asked the guy if the manager I had spoken to on the phone was available; he used his little device to page the manager... would you believe that the manager was on his lunch break??!!
Thanks Best Buy, thanks for nothing, thanks for wasting my gasoline and my valuable time.
