T-Mobile Complaint - T-mobile customer service is a sham
T-mobile thinks that they may have great customer service, but when it comes down to it all that matters is that they read the pre-typed script. God forbid if someone actually has a valid complaint. I have been having problems with T-mobile since I got my phone and have been calling in since. I have had problems with Dropped Calls, Not receiving voicemails or text messages until days later, no service in a "full service area". Honestly, when I have to walk down the street to get service that is a problem. I got a call from the Office of the President and basically they said, well "There's been no drop in your service and we don't have that you filed enough complaints" WHAT?!?!?! One complaint should be enough. I don't have time to call every time something goes wrong, I actually have to work. Also if you're not saying anything that goes along lines of "Sure thing, thanks so much T-mobile" They get pissed and go straight to ?"Can I help you with anything else?" Yes you can! Deal with the problem that is making me upset! T-mobile is the worst wireless provider I have ever had, I would rather have a hand cranked CB radio then use T-mobile ever again. They don't care about the customer, they don't care about anyone, they just care about the money. So I'm out 200 plus dollars because the phones that they carry are worth anything and btw when you have a problem with the phone, more then likely they're going to blame it on the phone and state "Well there is nothing we can do about it."
