SuperShuttle Complaint - Reservation System Unfriendly
CALIFORNIA -- SuperShuttle promises a reservation service on the website. However, once I had selected my flight details and destination, I was never able to proceed past the page where you key in your contact details and any special instructions. Fair enough.
However, when I made an international call, not only was their representative rude and unaccomodating, he spoke very fast. When I asked him to slow down, he yelled at me asking if I wanted to hang up. I managed to tell him the airport, he had not asked for the time of arrival. He asked where I was going to, and I named the hotel. He gave the wrong address. I then proceeded to say that it was wrong, and on their website it was listed as another address. I proceeded to read out the whole address exactly as in their booking system, and he asked for a phone number. I said that their own booking website does not have the phone number of the place, and he asked me again for the phone number. I told him again that their website does not provide the phone number, and he just hung up, wasting my call charges.
To make matters worse, they do not have a customer service feedback line.
