Ringza.com Complaint - Misleading Ringtones

Review by Mad Momma on 2008-06-17
I tried to get ringtones from Ringza.com and it is a very misleading ringtone service. I thought I was texting to get ringtones and instead I got nothing of that sort. They took $9.99 off of my phone and I got nothing in return. They sent me a number to contact them and will not answer the phone. In return I believe that they should be responsible for adding the money back to my account on my phone I believe that I will contact my lawyer and have something done about this matter.

I think that anyone else who has been ripped off by this company should do the same. If this company decides to replace my money I not take any further actions.

For $9.99 you're going to contact--a lawyer? It would cost you ten times that amount to get a lawyer to compose and send a letter!

Yeah Ponie, he is going to retain "Bob's Roto-Rooter/Sandwich Shop & Attorneys at Law" Where each consultation includes a bowl of free soup and an enema.
