T-Mobile Compliment - T-Mobile Has My Business
MY OWN PRIVATE IDAHO, CALIFORNIA -- Yesterday I ordered a new T-mobile cell phone online. I don't go to the local store because the owner is a real tool,and could care less about his customers. So I'm cruising the site, and find a phone that I like. I do a little follow up research on various websites,and read reviews on this phone. I decide to go ahead and make the purchase, I get to the last step of the process, and the session times out. There was a message stating to go back,and start over. I did.
A couple of hours later I decide to check my email,there were two confirmations both with different order numbers. OOOOPS. I call and spoke with a woman that said she could not cancel one of the orders, I explain to her that I had just made the order a few hours ago. She apologized for the mix up,and told me to simply refuse the second phone when it arrived. When they received it back they would adjust the account and issue the credit,but it would take a month. I agreed and hung up. I called right back and spoke to another rep only to be told the very same thing the first rep told me.
My wife received both phones today via United Parcel Smashers, the driver was very nice and understood the situation. He gladly tossed the second phone onto his truck, and left. I received an email from a supervisor at T-mobile, they already adjusted my account, and the credit will be issued in a few days. They are also sending a bluetooth set (like I'm going to use it), and a spare battery at no charge. T-mobile has my business, I will be switching my Technicians services from Verizon to T-mobile in the near future.
