Bad Food Bad Service - Complaint
GREENSBORO, NORTH CAROLINA -- I went to Mimi's Cafe along with 7 friends, after calling, as is suggested for large parties. We still had to wait over 50 minutes! Then, after ordering, our food took over 45 minutes to arrive & it was COLD! I asked to speak with the manager. He blamed everything on the server & us!

Why on earth would you wait any where for 50 minutes to be seated? They must have had a fantastic bar!

Did you make a reservation when you called? If so, I would have left as soon as they said it was still going to be a 50 minute wait...what was the happy hour special?

Our Mimi's in Casa Grande, AZ is just wonderful, the food is always good and hot and lots of it and we feel very welcome there even when the dogs are with us.
