Hampton Inn at Columbia SC 1-26 Airport Complaint - Overcharged

COLUMBIA, SOUTH CAROLINA -- A new employee of 4 days processed our reservation at check in. We should have known he didn't have a clue when he couldn't even get the name correct looking at it on a drivers license. He took cash for two night stay. The next morning we got a call wondering when we were leaving. They said we only paid for one night! we paid $184.04 for 2 nights.

We had to pay another $92.02 for another night just to have a place to stay! This is very poor customer service. The toilet & air didn't work either!

What did your receipt say on it for the number of nights paid for and the rate?
