Chase Manhattan Bank Complaint - Communication Is The Worst
MACEDONIA, OHIO -- After trying to communicate with Chase after having my identity stolen and as a result of that my checking account had no money and bills were late. I wrote to all of the Companies to advise them of my situation. Chase is the only one that demanded proof. I sent the proof via certified mail and got a form letter in return that did not even address my issue. I hate this Company and it seems like every time I write to them the issue is never addressed they just send cookie cutter letters in return, then raise my interest rate, or lower my available credit.
I have no other means to get in touch with a live human there so I am turning to the Internet, and hope that people read and get rid of, or never get any Chase card. They are too big and they don't give a hoot about the little guy. I would love to see them go belly up. If you do want to write to them you will have to do a search to find the CEO and then write to him. Forget writing to "cardmember services" it's pointless. Chase has the worst communication system.. they will put your name in a blank space after Dear....
Value my business... I don't think so.
