Paul Cerame Ford Complaint - Harassment

Review by DBone on 2008-06-21
FLORRISANT, MISSOURI -- Ok, So I was looking for a car on the Paul Cerame Ford web page. I completed the internet request for a price, which I had to put my personal information. I was called by Tom, and we talked and I told him I was not interested. He continued to call me, and each time I told him that I was no longer interested. This went on for several days. After the 10th call I was was getting upset, I talked to him for a moment, and then hung up on him. After, what I guess got him mad, I started getting calls for some great deal on a car that I posted on Craigslist. I cant swear to this, but 10 min after I hung up on this toolbox I started getting the calls. I know this guy posted this stuff. Since then I got the ad off of Craigs list.

I think its kind of funny that this guy is so petty and the ethics at Paul Cerame Ford is horrible.

So, I don't really care, but if you are looking for a car try to avoid Paul Cerame Ford in Florissant Missouri. Tom will hold a grudge, and give your personal numbers out on the internet.

Even if "Tom" wasn't responsible for the Craig'slist ad (which odds are he was), I see nothing wrong with posting this as a warning to those that at best, he is overly aggressive and intrusive.

In 2007 I purchased a 2004 Lincoln LS 30K miles still under factory warranty. I brought car to Paul Cerame to check all car systems and start a maintinest schedule which I adhered to precisely. Concern with electronic braking never has been addressed in five years and 3 transmissions replaced by Cerame, car at 65k miles runs worst after serviced by Cerame Ford Lincoln. If you are looking for proffessional, curteous, automotive expertise, and ethical treatment, keep looking.
