Sprint/Nextel Complaint - Customer Service - Wireless Services
NORWALK, CONNECTICUT -- Customer service of Sprint/Nextel is the worse among the cell phone companies.
The client have to call 4 or 5 times to activate a service or get the right answers to sometimes very simple questions.
Last week a had to called 7 times, and spoke with two supervisor to activate the GPS in my cell phone, look that no one had any idea how to do it.
Why they do not give training to their representatives, included the supervisors?
