Raymour And Flannigan Complaint - Furniture Misshaped - Love Seat

NEW YORK -- I brought about $1600 dollars of furniture from Raymour and Flannigan. After 3 weeks of use the love seat lost its back pillow shape. I haven't even had a chance to sit on the den set due to renovating the room. When I was purchasing the merchandise the salesmen and I went over the piece and agreed it was in good shape. By the way this the close out center on route 110 in long island. I won't bore you with the details but my salesman was to busy to talk and the one of the managers told me and I quote" there is nothing I can do. It's a close out center and everything is as is even after 3 weeks of use.

If it had been a week maybe I could do something. The best I can do for you is set up an upholsterer and you pay him to fix it, we will can't do anything to help you. the last and most stupid statement he made was and I quote again "thats the playing field we are on". His attitude was very I don't care. So please think twice before you buy from this company.

It's a close out store that sells it stuff "as is". I'm not sure what you realistically expected. Hopefully you saved enough money shopping there to get the loveseat fixed. Good luck.

Get it fixed? The best you can do with junk is get it to be the junk it was designed to be, but it's still junk. Good luck.
