Target Informative - Re: All These Negative Return Experiences
TUCSON, ARIZONA -- Full disclosure: I work at Target, but just as a lowly overnight receiver. That's neither here nor there because no one during the day shift knows me so I still receive the same customer service.
I bought an indoor air conditioner, brought it home, realized I didn't have the right window for it and took it back (receipt in hand) with no troubles. The only question they asked me was "is there something wrong with it" and I just admitted I didn't bother to check what types of windows it works in before buying it. They printed out a return receipt, told me my Target Check Card would get the $99 back, and I was on my way.
It's funny... I would never try and return something sans receipt. That's just common sense.
Here's an idea: Sell your duplicate baby shower gifts on eBay or donate them to a needy family.
