I bought a 2003 Dodge Neon in Julyand I have had nothing but trouble with it. The clutch has gone out twice, and they are threating not to cover it (even though it's under warantee). The first time the clutch went out, they fixed it, but in doing so, they knocked something out of whack, and the car pulls hard right, and shakes hard at highway speed. I have called customer service, and they gave me the advice; 'maybe you should do a voluntary reposession'- I don't think thats a good idea in my case. I'm nineteen, and I'm just trying to build my credit. I live on my own, and I have no way of getting back and forth to work. When I bought my car, I was told that if I would also purchase an extended warantee, I could get a rental, but I haven't yet seen it. I begged, and pleaded for a shuttle, to get me back and forth to work, but they are telling me I can only have it once- one way.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
I would like Daimler Chrysler to pay off my loan so I can buy another, more dependable vehicle.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
