IRepair Squad Complaint - Abysmal Customer Service

EAST PEORIA, ILLINOIS -- Sent my iPod for diagnosis and repair. Two months have gone by and have not received it back. On line customer service is awful blaming problems on former employees, UPS and the customer (giving a wrong shipping address which was never wrong) and abandoning the dialog when you point out their errors and misrepresentations. Constantly making false excuses for delays and ultimately a lost machine. They are offering someone's used iPod in exchange for months of problems, paid for repairs and money paid to them by UPS for my lost machine. They take no responsibility for their actions, are not truthful with their customers. They don't usually answer their phone and often don't respond to on-line or e-mailed complaints.

They blame problems on former employees, delivery services like UPS and simply refuse to address your concerns. They are a poorly run company in that there seems to be no one with any idea of how to service customers on board. Their motto is unique..."the customer is always wrong".
