MCI/Worldcom Complaint - Received and cashed my money order, and have not posted to my account for service.
PENNSYLVANIA -- On Oct3,2003, my wife mailed in a money order regarding phone service.It was mailed from the post office, priority mail. when I called in to see if it was received, and posted, I was told that it had not been received yet. It has now been a month and still no service. I called and talked to everyone,and I have gotten no help. I asked to speak to the CEO of the company. No one seemed to know who he is. MCI is the worst phone company I have ever dealt with. I found out that the money order was received on Oct6,2003, and cashed on Oct7, 2003. I feel like I've been robbed. I faxed all documents in to MCI, and still I have not received any service. Now, they want me to pay 12.00 dollars, to track down the cashed money order that they cashed. I feel that is not my responsiblity. I should not have to put out more money for their mistake. It is stealing when you cash someone's money order,and it does not benefit them. We have now taken in my elderly father,who has a lot of health prolems. They let me know that they can care less. Mr CEO. if you read this please help someone track down my money order, and apply it to my account for service.
