Comcast Corporation Complaint - Comcast Customer Service Sucks
RICHMOND, VIRGINIA -- Twice I had agreed to a two year contract that included phone internet and TV.
First time, the installer said he was here on time - he was not and never showed up. He said he called our phone - bull. The number they called was our old number that had been disconnect by COMCAST when you'll went digital.
The second try. The installer was there on time. I asked him about the additional channels we would be receiving. He said I needed to call COMCAST and ask. He was there to hook up the phone - so how could I call.
I said "your truck has COMCAST written on it - aren't you COMCAST" He said "I'm not COMCAST". I again said "I just want to know if I will be getting the additional channels?" He again said "call COMCAST".
This guy just didn't want to help, be friendly or install a thing. I TOLD him to leave. I'm glad I did.
I called to complain. The guy on the phone said he could give me the same deal.. the same deal.. for $20 a month cheaper. I asked why I was not offered the better deal earlier.
What is going on here - does anyone in that company have a clue.
I'm going to cancel with pleasure all COMCAST services.
