Alliance/First American Home Warranty Complaint - Not Satified With The Customer Service

UTAH -- I have had this home warranty for 6 months and I have had a lot of problems. I had a fridge go out and they could not get a serviceman here for over a week. So they authorized an outside repairman to fix the problem. I was told that I would have to paid the repairman and they would send an reimbursement upon receiving the invoice. It has been a 42 days and they still have not sent the check. I have talked to at least 12 different customer agents and get promises but not answers. They do not follow through with their promises. I have had them work on other problems and they have put more money into the appliances than they are worth by 2-3 times more. I think that they are in trouble with all of the trouble I have had to get payment.

They also have a hard time getting good repairmen to work for them. Because it takes a long time and a lot of effort for payment. I would advise that you beware if you are considering buying. DO NOT BUY!!!
