US Airways Complaint - Free Travel Vouchers Given To Passengers
RICHMOND, VIRGINIA -- US Airways is being unfair to customers that fly on there airline when they ask them to give up there seat to accommodate for mistakes they made in overbooking flights. Yes, it may say based on availability however, when the person is willing to drive 3 or 4 hours to take a flight from another airport in order to use the ticket you would think that the airlines would be willing to work with that person. Especially when the company they work for uses US Airways all of the time for company travel.
I think that I will make a suggestion to our travel department that we switch to another airline since so many of our employees are being inconvenienced by using this airlines.
