DALLAS, TEXAS -- This is a worst moving company I ever experienced. They cheat you in charging lot of money and they never give you the correct quote. They use all possible ways to charge you extra money. You will have no option to deny that. Once the items were picked-up, they don't answer your phone calls. The dispatch manager Tina is very rude and she never bother to satisfy the customer.

Did you check them out with the Better Business Bureau before hiring them?

If you accepted them on a quote alone that left them open to charge you whatever they want to charge. Some states allow movers to add a small percentage.
