Airport Appliance Compliment - Someone Still Understands Customer Service

HAYWARD, CALIFORNIA -- We bought a Maytag dishwasher and a Kitchenaid refrigerator from Airport Appliance in Hayward, CA in March 2008. In May, the dishwasher stops working. Maytag keeps sending out repairmen, but it doesn't get fixed. Maytag refuses to replace the machine and wants to keep trying to repair it. Airport Appliance to the rescue! They agree to replace the dishwasher with another one, basically refunding us and letting us get a comparable dishwasher -- another brand -- for the same price.

We are so pleased with their customer service. As opposed to Maytag, Airport Appliance stands by their products.

Now this is how its supposed to be done.Where is our Sears employee,he needs to read this and understand this is how you take care of customers

No doubt you had the poorly trained A&E service out,they are the worst
